It was a gloomy morning with wind blowing pretty strong.I woke up at 7am in the morning with blur looks, washed up my face and had a light breakfast before heading to do praying to my beloved grandfather and past ancestors in 1 of the famous cemetery located in ss2.On my way there, i saw there are bunch of vehicles very busy finding a parking lot for themselves which hard to get since everybody do praying at the very last minute.Well, that's Malaysian lifestyle i shall say.

When i stepped my foot into the main gate of the entrance, i saw there are so many peoples carrying gigantic boxes, giant red candles, giant joss sticks, foods and drinks.Everybody seems to be very busy to prepare for prayers.I'm pleased to see young and old generations paying their respect to their past ancestors who suffered and sacrificed just for the sake to give a better future for their new generations which happens to be us.

While i'm doing my praying, 1 question suddenly strikes into my brain.Why there is so called "Spiritual Festival" to treasured the remembrance of our great ancestors ? I've saw some people would actually cried out expressed their feelings in front of their great ancestor's tomb stone. Most families are burning those gigantic boxes containing those relevant goods hoping for their ancestors to live a better living in heaven.Why would only u treasured them when they perished ? Why don't u treasure them earlier when they are still on the earth ? I really couldn't understand this, is it really very hard for u to love them or cherish them ? Back to burning those goodies, do u believe that they will actually get those items u burned for them ? This is just a way to show your gratitude over to your great ancestors who sacrificed for the good of your family.
